Properties: SLES is an excellent anionic surfactant. It possesses excellent cleaning, emulsifying, wetting, foaming, and densifying properties. It has good solubility, wide compatibility, strong resistance to hard water, high biodegradability, and low irritation to skin and eyes.
Applications: SLES is widely used in liquid detergents, such as dishwashing detergents, shampoo, bubble baths, and hand sanitizers. SLES can also be used in laundry detergents and cleaning agents for heavy dirt. Replacing LAS with SLES can save or reduce phosphates and generally reduce the dosage of active substances. In the textile, dyeing, petroleum, and leather industries, it is used as a lubricant, dyeing agent, cleaning agent, foaming agent, and degreaser.

(1) Sodium lauryl ether sulfate / SLES is widely used in liquid detergents, such as hair and body washes, dishwashing liquids, bubble baths, hand washes, and laundry detergents with compound fertilizers, etc.
