Bismuth oxide, also known as bismuth trioxide, an inorganic compound with the formula Bi2O3, is one of the most important compounds of bismuth, although bismuth trioxide can be obtained naturally from bismuth hua (a mineral), but its main source is usually a byproduct of copper or lead smelting, or directly burning bismuth (blue flame). Bismuth trioxide pure products are α-type and β-type.
